The agreement between us — prices, what happens after you pay, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm it, which is what lets us cancel and refund in full if something turns out to be unavailable.
[Replace the bracketed values in the panel below before publishing. Nothing here is legal advice — have these terms reviewed for the country you trade in.]
Capital is at risk. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You may get back less than you put in.
Prices
Prices are shown inclusive of tax where required, and exclude delivery unless the page says otherwise. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you rather than silently cancelling.
Availability
Your place is held once payment clears. If we cannot supply it we refund in full, by the method you paid on, without waiting to be asked.
Delivery and timing
Estimates are estimates. Where something is delivered, risk passes to you on delivery, and a parcel lost in transit is ours to chase rather than yours.
You can cancel within [30] days for a full refund, provided anything sent to you comes back unused and in its original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5] business days.
A fault is a different thing from a change of mind: we will repair, replace or refund it at our cost, and the cancellation window does not limit your legal rights over a fault.
How to start
Email us with your order or booking reference and we will tell you what happens next. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
What cannot be cancelled
[List anything genuinely non-refundable here — perishables, personalised items, a booking inside its notice period — or delete this row.]
Complaints
Write to us first. We will acknowledge within one business day and tell you what we are going to do about it.
